Guideline: Preventing Race Discrimination in the workplace.

The guideline includes practical tools to embed Positive Duty into everyday organisational practice, including templates such as a Positive Duty risk register, a Positive Duty reporting dashboard, explainers on minimum standards and statements of compliance. The intent is to support and complement management with reporting tools on Positive Duty performance, as part of a suite of broader existing reporting mechanisms.

Guideline

A training module has been developed on Positive Duty for Leaders and you can find out more information here.

If you would like to arrange an information session for your organisation, or to find out more about Positive Duty and what you can do, please contact us at antidiscrimination@nt.gov.au or (08) 8999 1444.
