What is discrimination?

Discrimination is when someone does bad to you at work,  school, shops or government offices just/only/simply because:

  • you are Aboriginal
  • of your culture or religion
  • you are disabled
  • you are a man or woman
  • you are gay.

The Anti-Discrimination Law says that is wrong.

If you have a problem, phone the Anti-Discrimination mob.

What is the Anti-Discrimination Commission?

We will/can tell you about the Anti-Discrimination Law.

If you tell us your story, we will listen carefully and tell  you what you can do.

Remember!

The law says: When you are at work or at school, at the shop  or a government office, nobody should do bad to you simply because you are  Aboriginal. Don’t be shame, don’t be silent, give us a call.
