New contact officer training packages

We are excited to announce the release of our new contact officer training packages.

In addition to our existing contact officer training we have:

• designed a half-day contact officer refresher training
• set up a contact officer network to provide a forum for contact officers to exchange ideas, practice skills and raise questions
• implemented a free 2 hour online information session for managers and HR to learn how to best support and get the most out of workplace contact officers.
