This NAIDOC Week, the Northern Territory Anti-Discrimination Commission is proud to share Making Racism Invisible - our submission to the Joint Standing Committee on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Affairs' inquiry into racism, hate and violence against First Nations People (1 June 2026).

Commissioner Yogaratnam said "our stories matter because they reveal what systems often fail to see. A future free from racism requires truth telling, accountability and a shared commitment to preventing discrimination before it occurs"
