Fact Sheet: NT Anti-Discrimination Act Amendment Bill 2025

The Northern Territory Government has introduced the Anti-Discrimination Amendment Bill 2025, which will be debated in the September sittings of Parliament.

The Government has framed these changes as restoring “balance” between protections against discrimination and rights to freedom of expression and religion.
