Sexual Harassment Bystander Intervention workshops

The NT Anti-Discrimination Commission has added a new training course to our range of training packages: Sexual Harassment Bystander Intervention workshops.

Have you witnessed sexual harassment in your workplace? Are you not sure how to challenge sexual harassment in the workplace? Would you like to practice skills to address inappropriate behaviours at work? Do you feel unsafe to challenge the harasser but would you like to learn how to support your colleagues? We have a new Sexual Harassment Bystander Intervention training to help you create more inclusive workplaces and stand up for safety and respect at work.

Next session: Wednesday 7 September 2022, 1pm–4.30pm. Cost: $400 per person + GST

Not calling out inappropriate jokes or comments can leave the harassers and other bystanders with the impression that the behaviour is tolerated.
